“A Conversation Between Home Drums Beat First & De Bottom Bound To Drop Out” An Exhibition of Art Work at Queen's Park and Zemicon Galleries opens Sunday May 10th The National Art Gallery Committee and the National Cultural Foundation opens “A Conversation between Home Drums Beat First” & “De Bottom Bound To Drop Out”, an exhibition of art work at Queen’s Park and Zemicon Galleries. The official opening starts at Queen’s Park Gallery at 6:30pm Sunday May 10 and continue to the Zemicon Gallery. “Home Drums Beat First” & “De Bottom Bound To Drop Out” explores tourism in Barbados: its realities, benefits and consequences through the eye of the contemporary visual artist. The exhibition coincides with Cultural Heritage Week and International Museum's Day May 18, 2009.
